Over the past few months, there have been several complaints made to the Parish Council regarding the performance of development sites or individual building works within the parish. Whilst we will attempt to resolve any issue, the Parish Council itself has limited or in most cases, no enforcement powers.

Issues such as mud and debris on the road from site entrances should be reported to KCC on:

http://webapps.kent.gov.uk/KCC.KHSFaultsGIS.Web.Sites.Public/ReportAFault.aspx

Noise, vibration and dust from construction should be reported to TWBC on:

Larger developments will often be registered with the independent scheme of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. These sites will be displaying a sign on their site boundary with their unique registration code. You can report any issue either online or telephone:

or they may have the relevant builders’ signage on the front boundary with their contact details, if you wish to speak to the company direct.

The Links to these sites can also be found on our 'Information/Links,  pages.
