I would like to tell the Parish Council about something, how this can be done.

Answer.

Either the Parish Council Clerk can be contacted by telephone 01892 724989 or email
clerk@horsmonden-pc.gov.uk

or by attending a Parish Council meeting.  Time is set aside at the start of all Parish Council meetings for this purpose; all we ask is that the clerk is notified prior to the start of the meeting.

or by contacting a Parish Councillor.  The names and contact information are available on the Councillors page of the web site.

Can I attend meetings?

Answer.

Yes, all meetings of the Parish Council and it’s committees are public meetings. The Parish Council would be pleased to see you.

Can I see copies of minutes of meetings and parish accounts?

Answer.

Question:

How do I book the Village Hall?

Answer.

The management of and all bookings of the Village Hall are undertaken by “Horsmonden Village Hall Management Committee” a registered charity. Follow this link for information on the Village Hall -  VILLAGE HALL

How do I report a streetlight problem?

Answer.

The vast majority of streetlights in the Parish are owned by the Parish Council, the exceptions being Morley Drive, Lamberts Place, The Manwarings & Kirkins Close which are the responsibility of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. Please report any defects to our clerk Belinda Reed either by telephone 01892 724989 or email clerk@horsmonden-pc.gov.uk
