Temporary Road Closure - B2162 Lamberhurst Road, Horsmonden - 6th July 2025

Due to works planned to be undertaken by UK Power Networks, it will be necessary to close part of B2162 Lamberhurst Road, Horsmonden, from 6th July 2025 with estimated completion by 7th July 2025.

B2162 Lamberhurst Road, Horsmonden, will be closed in the vicinity of Sandhole Cottage, works to begin at 08:00 on Sunday and will be removed by 05:00 Monday. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2162 Lamberhurst Road, The Heath, Brenchley Road, Horsmonden Road, High Street, Brenchley Road, B2160 Maidstone Road, A21 Kippings Cross Roundabout, A21 Hastings Road, A21 Blue Boys Roundabout, A21 Hastings Road, A21 Lamberhurst Quarter, A21 Lamberhurst By-pass, A21 Forstal Farm Roundabout, A262 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Lamberhurst Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow for reinstatement works to be carried out, works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
