Temporary Road Closure - Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden - 20th July 2025

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Kent County Council, it will be necessary to close part of Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden, from 20th July 2025 with estimated completion by 20th July 2025.

Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden, will be closed outside The Wheelwrights Barn, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Goudhurst Road, Ballards Hill, B2079 North Road, A262 The Plain, A262 West Road, A262 Clayhill, A262 Station Road, A262 Spelmonden Road, A262 Goudhurst Road, A262 Horsmonden Road, A21 Forstal Farm Roundabout, A262 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Lamberhurst Road, The Heath, Goudhurst Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow tree surgery works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Kent County Council.
