Kent County Council - Temporary Road Closure - Ballards Hill, Horsmonden - 11th August 2025

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Kent County Council, it will be necessary to close part of Ballards Hill, Horsmonden, from 11th August 2025 with estimated completion by 11th August 2025. 

Ballards Hill, Horsmonden, will be closed in the vicinity of Ballards Court. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site. 

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Ballards Hill, B2079 North Road, A262 The Plain, A262 West Road, A262 Clayhill, A262 Station Road, A262 Spelmonden Road, A262 Goudhurst Road, A262 Horsmonden Road, A21 Lamberhurst By-pass Roundabout, A262 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Lamberhurst Road, The Heath, Goudhurst Road, Ballards Hill and vice versa. 

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works. 

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow drainage works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Kent County Council.
