An update on the Bassetts Farm development

'We are currently carrying out works to improve the surface of the access track. (The section which leads from the new section of tarmac road, past the cottages and up to our compound/welfare facilities).

We are currently installing the "edgings" which will then contain the aggregate we are surfacing the track with.

The edgings are currently being installed and are due to be in position by the close of this week. As of Monday we will be laying the aggregate layer which is due to be completed by the end of next week.

This process may cause minor inconvenience to residents however as soon as we pass the point of their access locations the benefits will be apparent. As you are aware we have received complaints from residents with concerns including the dirty track/road over recent weeks.

We are continuing to regularly scrape the roads and have an external road sweeper in daily attendance.'
