Road closure and 20 MPH speed limit. The Current 60 MPH speed limits will be suspended for the duration of these works.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2162 Lamberhurst Road, B2162 Maidstone Road, B2162 Claygate, B2162 Collier Street, B2162 Benover Road, B2162 Hampstead Lane, B2015 Maidstone Road, A228 Maidstone Road Roundabout, A228 Hale Street By Pass, A228 Branbridges Ind Est Roundabout, A228 Branbridges Road, A228 Whetsted Road, B2160 Maidstone Road, B2160 Gedges Hill, B2160 Maidstone Road, A21 Hastings Road, A21 Lamberhurst Quarter, A21 Lamberhurst By-pass, A262 Horsmonden Road, B2162 Horsmonden Road and vice versa.
