It will be necessary to close Chequers Road, Goudhurst from 14th September 2026 for up to 4 days.

The road will be closed outside Upper Lawn.

The alternative route is via B2084 Chequers Road, B2079 North Road, A262 High Street, A262 Church Road, A262 Cranbrook Road, and vice versa.

This is to repair a leaking stopcock to be carried out by South East Water.
