Temporary Road Closure - Yew Tree Green Road, Horsmonden - 15th October 2026

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, it will be necessary to close part of Yew Tree Green Road, Horsmonden, from 15th October 2026 with estimated completion by 15th October 2026.

Yew Tree Green Road, Horsmonden, will be closed from the junction with Furnace Lane for a distance approximately 1450 metres to the junction with B2162 Maidstone Road, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 weekday only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2162 Maidstone Road, Churn Lane, Pearsons Green Road, Mile Oak Road, Pixot Hill, Crook Road, Yew Tree Green Road, Yew Tree Green Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow pole testing works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.
