Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit - Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden - 6th January 2026

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Openreach, it will be necessary to impose a temporary 40 MPH speed limit on part of Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden, from 6th January 2026 with estimated completion by 6th January 2026.

Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden, will have a temporary 40 MPH speed limit imposed on through traffic on part of Goudhurst Road, Horsmonden, on or after 6th January 2026 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

The road will have a 40 MPH speed limit imposed opposite Broadford Oast, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow pole testing works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Openreach.
