Fernham Homes to update Parish Council on Brenchley Road Development – 12 January 2026

The Fernham Homes’ team will be attending our next full Council meeting on the 12th January to present and explain their proposals for Land South of Brenchley Road, Horsmonden (application ref: 25/02758/REM). The presentation will give Councillors and residents the latest information on the plans, including progress, timelines, and key features of the development.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions directly about the development, and information boards will be on display to provide further details and visual representations of the proposals.

It is important to note that Fernham Homes are not involved in negotiations regarding the land for the proposed new footway on Brenchley Road. Any discussions about the footway will be handled separately.

The meeting will be held at Horsmonden Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm. Please feel free to come along if you would like to hear more.
